Events during business hours (M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) are preferred, however, exceptions will be made. NovaCopy reserves the right to decline any submission in event of scheduling conflict or conflict of interest. NovaCopy also requests that each organization provide us with a certificate of insurance from its insurance company. The insurance should name NovaCopy as additional named insured.
*NovaCopy does not provide catering, only access for a caterer. In Nashville, we recommend "Simply Fresh: A Catering Experience." Chef Raymond can provide anything from box lunches to buffets to sit down meals).
