NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

NovaCopy, Konica Minolta's #1 Color Copier dealer in the United States as well as the the fastest growing office document management solution provider in the Chattanooga, Memphis, Nashville & Dallas areas, has a rewarding opportunity for an energetic, career driven, and hard working professional whose technical savvy can be utilized to advance our document solutions in our locations. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to cultivating new business relationships and driving our growth. This role involves prospecting, contacting potential clients, and tracking target lists.

NovaCopy provides a base salary plus commissions, medical and dental coverage, 401K participation eligibility with employer contributions, paid sick and vacation time, and reimbursement for mileage.

Individuals must be solutions oriented, able to dial the phone intensively, engage business decision makers in conversations about their document processes, and advance NovaCopy’s reputation. This position also requires attending tradeshows and sales appointments and representing NovaCopy and SharePoint solution services.

This position requires advanced verbal and written communication skills, the ability to carry on dialogue beyond a sales script, an assertive attitude, and an understanding of account management and the sales cycle.

Applicants must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer. You must be willing to cold call on potential clients, follow up on their needs, and be comfortable asking for their business. Applicant must also be highly confident, outgoing and professionally assertive individual as well as possess strong oral and written communications and technological skills.
